Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quanta Futures Chrome Extension ("Service"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Investment Disclaimer & Risk Warning

Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

Quanta Futures is strictly an educational and visual mathematical tool. We are not a registered broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. The data aggregated and displayed by Quanta Futures does not constitute financial advice, an endorsement, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or financial product. You agree that Quanta Futures holds absolutely zero liability for any financial losses or damages incurred through your use of the tool.

3. Data Accuracy

Quanta Futures operates by programmatically interacting with the Document Object Model (DOM) of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group) web portal. If CME Group alters their HTML architecture, Quanta Futures may temporarily display inaccurate numbers or fail to render. We provide the service strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties regarding mathematical precision during upstream disruptions.

4. Seat Licensing and Technical Constraints

Quanta Futures licenses are strictly per-seat (per browser profile). A license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to employ the software for your own analytical operations. Because we operate in a privacy-first environment and store zero payment identities on our servers:

5. Refunds and Subscriptions

Quanta Futures operates on a digital SaaS structure. For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time via the Stripe portal, and your access will remain valid until the end of your billing cycle. Due to the digital nature of the asset and the availability of a free trial, Lifetime License purchases and Monthly subscriptions are strictly non-refundable after initial execution.

6. Third-Party Affiliation

Quanta Futures is a completely independent analytical platform. We are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group), its parent companies, or its subsidiaries.
